I have a question. Why can COPPA users adopt and breed less? That doesn't seem very fair to us.

I don't think it's fair either, but admin is alot harder when COPPA'd users are involved.

I don't think it's that much harder. I'm COPPA'd, and I've owned adoption centers. We're still members of CS.

But some adoption centres, such as my own RAI., have mailing lists. Other adoption centres have had other issues with COPPA'd users before. I still agree, it is not fair.
