On the front page there is a link to the "Official Topic" you click there and when an artist is open you can request your custom there. The individual prices are listed on each of the artists' posts

Hey everyone! So life has decided that it officially hates me and that I will have little to no time at all. My creative muse has also all but abandoned me so I am instead looking for requests rather than trying to fight myself for inspiration.
