[This is not cool. I won't be able to RP or watch Chuggaconroy's Let's plays! Or any walkthroughs for that matter! I don't think a lot of people understand the dire need for this not to happen. I really hope it doesn't pass.]

The one that I am realy fussed about is the possible closing down of the Greenpeace website. They work hard to protect our planet and expose the hidden truth about large companies and will be made illegal if this is passed. I feel that it is completely wrong as Greenpeace, Amazon, Ebay, Wikipedia, Google and many other sites which are under threat are making the world a better, more educated place.

I also think that it is moraly wrong that the American Government can not only make these places illegal in their own country, but also other countries. It is hardly democratic, after all, as we do not vote for the leaders of America in the UK, or any other country. We have even less say than the Americans on this matter and yet it will still effect us?

I agree. Half of theese sites are essential to everyday life!
How will kids do their homework without Wikipedia? How will people study?
How will we save our planet without helpful sites like Greenpeace? They.Are.Saving.Our.Planet Does SOPA want to live on Mars?
I get all my books of of Amazon It is seriously helpful, ditto Ebay.
And GOOGLE is a search engine for flips sake! What is up with theese dumb***?

Thank you :D Your points are true - I too buy most of my books from Amazon, sell things on Ebay, take advice and get involved in partitions on Greenpeace, search on Google, research projects on Wikipedia, display art on DeviantART, the list goes on ....

However, I cannot see this bill actualy going through, there have been so many protests about it. They have to listen to the public as they cannot completely ignore them.

I'm blacking out. This bill will KILL the internet for people. I cant believe they'd shut Wikipedia. That's where I get basically all my homework info from. I'll be screwed. XD

EDIT: I'm in NZ so I am protesting a day late here but all well. XD
