Do you know or have weird phobias?

I have a phobia of my spine breaking in half. Idk if that's a real thing but I worry about it more than anyone should.

I have a fear of planes.I actually used to be fine until last time.I had a nervous breakdown,i started crying...so embarrassing .It kept going up and down and i felt like it was going to fall down to earth...

If I go into a deep-ish pool or some distance into the ocean by myself, I start feeling nervous and thinking that a trapdoor will magically open and release a shark or something dangerous into the water to attack me. Even if the water is extremely clear and I can just touch the bottom of the pool, I always end up sticking to the sides of the pool and often I'll have a sudden panic attack and pull myself out of the water as fast as I can.
If there's someone else in the pool with me, I don't feel as scared. And if I can easily stand on the bottom of the pool or ocean I don't feel as nervous either.
But this really sucks, because I love swimming. If I ever have to swim across the middle of a pool alone, I always swim as fast as I can and then immediately jump out of the water in fear that something will attack me.

I didn't realise that this was probably a phobia until I looked it up online and saw that some people were having the same fears as me... And it's not a fear of sharks, either, it's just an intense fear that something will suddenly attack me... Has anyone else got this?

Fear of close human contact.
just sometimes. Sometimes I brush against someone and back up so fast I hit a wall. With a thud. Everyone stares at me. Things get awkward fast.. Which doesn't work well because two of my friends are very touchy-feely.

I have a fear of the unknown
I am a Xenophobe

I don't know what this phobia is called, but I'm really scared of needles and knives. Not like butter knives, but like huge sharp ones..

I'm in my mid teens and I cried when I got shots because I was so afraid of the needle. I felt like I couldn't breathe the entire time. I'm not afraid of pain or discomfort, but something about needles just makes me sick. My stomach turns whenever I see them in movies, or in people.

that's called trypanophobia, and i completely feel your pain. i have it too, to the extent that i flat out refuse
to have blood tests or injections... and i'd turn violent if anyone tried to force me to have one. then again,
i'm like that with any medical procedure. they're scary.

i also have a chronic - chronic - fear of crane flies. y'know, those flying daddy-long-legs things. *shudders*
i'm fine with spiders, i have a pet snake, i find sharks adorable... but crane flies? no way. i completely freak
out. they have such long legs... D:

and i have claustrophobia. and social anxiety.
but that's about it.

Thank God I'm not the only one. I'm just also very happy that nobody made fun of me for it, although I've only told a few people including my parents.
I won't have to get any shots until I'm 20 something, unless I get an injury requiring needles or something. Hopefully I won't freak out so much when I'm older about this.

I have a fear of hurting people (and animals) by accident. I fear accidentally hitting people with tennis/soccer/basketballs or accidentally kicking or hitting them.

I once had a fear of tall men with mustaches ( I don't know why, I was really little.) and I once had a fear of robots. ( I was also really little, and I though they would hurt me because of all of the stuff inside of them. I still don't like to be around places with lots of machinery.)

I kind of have a fear of my heart? If that makes any sense? I'm suppose to get a heart condition later in life so I'm always aware of my heart and if it ever starts to beat weird I freak out.

I seem to have a fear of mirrors (when being alone) and a fear of deep water.
I suppose then that I have the fear of being alone, but I hate large crowds.
