well lets see I have Arachnophobia-fear of spiders, Acrophobia- Fear of heights, Aeroacrophobia- Fear of open high places, Aichmophobia- Fear of needles or pointed objects,Bogyphobia- Fear of bogeys or the bogeyman(yea I know sad.-.), Claustrophobia- Fear of confined spaces, and Coulrophobia- Fear of clowns.
I don't know how I came to fear so many things.-.

I have claustrophobia as well. Once I got stuck in the closet of my house and I was hyperventilating when I got out. >_<

Let's see...my fears? Heights, spiders(once our brother let out like a million jillion and my mom, sister and me didn't get off the couch for like two hours xD), and messing up in front of someone while playing an instrument.im also scared to look out the window at night; I'm always afraid someone might be looking back at me. Weird, right? xD I also have a fear of long hallways. It's just...it's weird, y'know? I always like sprint through the hallway and usually trip over the vacuum cleaner when I go out.
I'm also...really afraid of those bugs that always get on tomatoes. They're scary. I usually just avoid the entire tomato plant when I'm out picking them.
I also have a fear of High water. I can't swim, and last time I went to high water my friend had to pull me back cause I couldn't swim and was like paralyzed with fear and it was not fun. I also have a fear of bridges (who thinks a hunk of cements going to keep you up? Not me) and loud noises. Like, whenever I hear a loud noise I will yelp and try to run into a different room. As well, I've got an unhealthy fear of lawn mowers. They're so loud and...just ene
Also a fear of needles. Almost punched the nurse last time, and when I was a kid, I called them poking doctors and would like whine and cry the entire time

I have a phobia of carrying hot bowls/plates/etc. I'm afraid they're going to get so hot that I'll drop them. I always have to make my mom carry them for me haha

I totally have ranidaphobia, which is the fear of frogs. Even just talking about them makes me feel all icky. Bleh. I seriously die a little on the inside when I see one. There was one at work in the fitting room a couple months ago and my boss and I both freaked. We had to get the older, petite lady to get it with a shoebox. xD Anyways, my fear developed after a certain incident. Supposedly, it's common to get the fear of them if you go through something like I did. I'd tell it but it might gross people out so I'd rather not.

Scoleciphobia, the fear of maggots. I can't even say the word 'maggot' without shudderi. And it's just maggots, nothing else, larvae are pretty gross to me too but there is something about maggots that just makes my skin crawl.

Parasitophobia, I'm really afraid of getting parasites. I used to like my meat medium Rae, but after I saw an episode of monsters inside me, I couldnt do it anymore...

I also have the fear of preservatives, whatever that is called. They can cause all kinds of problems, and they are EVERYWHERE.

I also have Mysophobia, the fear of germs and sickness.

Yeah... I'm a little Bit of a hypochondriac XD
Meh, the last two are the only mild ones, but the first one is actually serious. If I see maggots, I have to barf. ene OH MY GOD WHAT IF THEY GOT IN YOUR CUT. I also hate flies, I have always hated them but now I do more Scince I have been taking horse lessons. They are born and they bathe in horse poop.

I can cross them, but it makes me feel nervous and jittery. All I can think about is it breaking and sending the car/truck down into the water. And what if part of the bridge falls on the truck and I can't get out? I can't swim, so I'm already screwed.
I had to cross the bridge into Twin Falls a few months ago on a bus. It's an old bridge, and it's a long way down, straight into the river. One of my friends kept making the situation worse by saying that you would hear the bridge crack and it would be a really long fall, and all sort of other things until I was laughing/crying hysterically.
I just can't stand bridges. >.< I don't trust them.

I think I have that too. I hate bridges, but usally only get nervous if the bridges drop really far. I'm usally only scared about walking across the small ones. They can collapse and break at any time, you know.

Anyone have this too?

Parasites (including maggots and flies) freak me out to no end, I used to cry in biology class when we had to read about them and finally the teacher let me just cover my ears and put my head down. I knew everything I needed to know so I could easily pass the tests I just couldn't hear them being discussed or see photos. I also had a melt down when I ate a steak at Outback and after cutting into it saw holes all through the meat, I had to leave the restaurant because they manager couldn't explain what it was from and when I got home I did hours of research and finally found out that it was from a tenderizer that is used on Outback Steakhouse's meats. It was still months before I could eat there again.

I've gotten considerably better with this fear by exposing myself to situations that make me uncomfortable (especially since I own animals) and learning to cope with my feelings, it's been a 10 years process.

I also have a fear of doing dishes... it is the most INSANE phobia, I used to throw non-disposable dishes and silverware away after washing them 10 times or more because I couldn't get it through my head that they were clean enough. I finally broke down and told my mom what was happening and she would come to my apartment and bleach my dishes after I washed them to try and help calm that fear. Slowly, over time, I got better with this as well... I will sometimes toss a dish if I get that feeling because I would rather avoid the anxiety and triggering panic attack but life has gotten considerably better since I bought a dish washer. I think the worst part was that people thought I never did my dishes because they would always be in the drainer side of my sink, clean, but there in piles and it would stem beyond dishes I used it could morph into me pulling out every dish I owned and washing them.

I also have Agoraphobia which is a daily struggle, I went for a year without leaving my house before and once I started going to therapy I was diagnosed with GAD and PTSD. I choose not to take medications for several reasons (and because I don't suffer from clinical depression in addition to GAD which would warrant medication) so it's been a lot of work to learn and re-train my brain to co-exist with the outside world which is something I didn't have trouble with until I was around 19. It's so stupid/frustrating because I will panic inside my house for hours sometimes days and then when I force myself to get out and go to the grocery (for example) I feel amazing and like myself again, however, it's a vicious cycle that repeats each time I want to leave my house. ono

My other more mild fears, rather than phobias, would be my fear of heights and dark rooms/hallways... lights follow me throughout a house when I go from one side or floor to the other, lol... and heights are pretty easy to avoid for the most part.

I hate airplanes. I'm always so convinced it's going to crash. If I'm in a plane and it stops making a noise for 5 seconds I will freak out until it starts making a noise again. Last time I was in an airplane (almost 2 months ago) there was bad turbulence due to thunderstorms. I clung onto my sisters arm and shoved my face into her side for a very long time...and I'm going into high school. Thank God the movie playing on the plane had an Owl City song at the end credits so I finally lifted my head up and felt a little better.

Also sometimes when it's dark, I'll convince myself that something is there even though I know there isn't and I freak out.

But I'm perfectly fine. I just come up with scary scenarios in my head I guess
