A for first question: Well, there where some people dressed as animals (I think. BTW it wasn't animated, it was flimed. And fairly bad quality, to be honest x3), and one of the people was dressed as a horse, or something that looked like a horse. I'm hipophobic (I'm scared of horses an ponies. I'm not scared of the offspring of donkeys and horses, donkeys or zebras, though :3), but there wheren't any other scary things. The nightmare first appeared when I was almost 7 years old, which was about a year and a half after I got hipophobia, if that helps at all :3
Second question:
I don't think I've ever seen any scary puppets. I've seen some of those puppets where you put your hands/fingers in them (I actually have one like that, but it's tiny and it's a squirrel) and none of them scared me at all...
The first time I had ever seen a puppet was... I have no clue. I though puppets and dolls where the same thing when I first saw a puppet, so I'm really not sure...
As for the other part of the question, the squirrel I mentioned earlier was the last puppet I've seen, and it was a few days ago. It's so small I keep losing it...
