I'm not upset about the fact that I pissed you off. I'm mad that you're apparently very good friends with many of the people I need to deal with on a regular basis, most of whom I was on pretty good terms with and a couple who are really good friends of mine. You're blowing everything I say out of proportion and I know I've lost a lot of their respect.

Perhaps you could work something out calmly? It takes two to be calm. You can both work something out if you are determined; make a compromise? If this is to work out you both have to be lenient.
