@Darkest: It was Insanity's SA Yal, the deer. I was just sat relaxing, not even meditating, then I started shaking uncontrollably and I heard someone 'talking' (well, more thinking) to me sounding really scared and confused, and they said they're name was Yal. So... yeah. They were only around for like ten minutes before they ran off again, but it was sort of scary. I was shaking and twitching and I just felt... wrong. I couldnt imagine something like that.

My eye twitches when I meditate. xD

Lol! I dont mean an eye twitch, I mean my whole body was all just really uncontrollably shaky, like I was really really cold or something.

Anyway, has anyone got any tips on how not to fall asleep while meditating? I'm getting bad for it lately.

Sitting up and not lying down? That's what I do to keep myself awake.

Id probably still fall asleep >.< fallen asleep many times in odd ways... slepts on the ground a couple times.. in a chair

...I want to ask a favor of you guys I was meditating today and I saw a black panther. I asked it if it was my SA and it said no*has't meditated enough or well before* So I was wondering if someone here has a black panther as their SA or if you have one of those epic books with information about SA's in it, could you tell me a black panther means(if the book has it) Please? :3

...where does everyone get the idea that other people (or their SA's) can meet others' SA's before hand, or that the SA reaches the wrong person?

It's likely you just dreamed/imagined a panther or it is your totem. Ask if a few more questions. c:

I'm new to this man =.= And I thought it might be someone else's because I've heard of people talking to other peoples SA's before, so I figured it might be someone else's. I'm newbie....And I also thought it might be someone else's because it either seemed to block me(so it seemed real) or I was loosing focus.

I'm trying to find mine, but i can't. I can;t really "see" the place, but i know where it is. I get flashes of it, but it doesn't last for more than a second. I think it's a forest of pines with a river and a view of the mountains, an i'm in a clearing. Suggestions?

I don't think it had saber fangs though, else he would have told me, I'm pretty sure.

Okay, you know how you're working on a picture, or thinking about an animation or something, and you have the finish in your mind, even though it's not right in front of you? Think of your SP like that, I'm sure it'll come and stay as long as you keep thinking about it. if you don't do any art related stuff, then how about film? Same concept, no matter the material. heck, even legos and bionicles go by this. I hope this helps.

I'll try it c: I think she (i feel its a girl) tried to get to me after i stopped. When i was walking down the stairs, my vision clouded and i saw the forest again. Something is telling me it's feline too (i dunno much about this)

Something kept telling me I had a special connection with this five foot tarantula that's been haunting me for the past three years. He's my SA. xD

I'm gonna try meditating in my room, by covering my wall clock with a blanket (Since it can be taken down. c:) and seeing if it works. WIsh me luck! c;
