Then grab your fingers and lock them together (not your thumb) So that your domanent hand is at the bottem, your other hand at the top. Calm yourself and think nothing of the question. Breathe deeply, what ever way seems most confortable. Wait, but still, focas with all of your energy not pictureing, but just focasing on your entire body at once, untill you feel a warm, or cold, powerful, energetic feeling of just living well up inside you. This is your own power. The power of you as an animal.
No it's something physical it takes energy like a shrine in my friends rp it required stars blood to open the vortex back to the real world
