I want you both to litsen carefully, do not be afraid. they can sense any emotion and if they sense your fear they will do anything to increase it. The less time you spend in the SW the more likely it is your SA will be taken. Keep walking, at the end of the tunnel there should be a wall and a shallow ditch, if the tunnel keeps going until an exit, take any turn that may lead to a dead end. Carve your feet in the loose dirt if there is any so you can find your way back. when you find that shadow, here's what I want you to do.

Touch it.

not just touch it, fill your hand with any emotions you've felt recently as much as you can, and them touch it. In experience with the Stag, the Shadows shrivel at anyone trying to brave them. I know it'll be hard, but I want you to try as best you can, okay?

Okay, I'm doing what you said. I just hit a dead end. I'm turning around, but I'm trapped. There is no way out. It's like I'm inside a rock chamber. I see it. I see the shadow. It's not huge, but it's bigger than me for sure. I'm about to touch it. I'm reaching my hand out, trying to not shake...there, I did it. The cave is starting to fade away. Now I'm back in my meadow.
