Thank you for that helpful advice :3 on the very, very old thread in Animal Chatter, they actually got it so you eventually don't have to meditate to talk to your SA, you just kind of talk in your head. Are any of you able to do that... Or is that strange or something?

Since i am pretty new with my SA, my friendship with my SA is new, but i want it to be strong. I am doing the drumming meditation post on some page here... as this is usually the only way i can see him. When she tells me to picture a meadow, i can't all i see is darkness. But then, i see a faint image of Leeaka get stronger until i can see him.

Wolf, I have suggestion to let out your feelings.

Poetry, or fantasy writing t works, I swear, you can feel the emotions pouring out though your fingers. and when you're done, you feel so refreshed, it's fantastic! and best yet, the emotions you poured onto paper (Or comp, but it's best on paper) remain there, and others who read it are affected emotionally. and being to feel like the emotions are their own. (writing has an odd way of doing that )

I do it all the time! It's so much easier than sitting for half an hour trying to meditate! Well, it was before Karma disappeared...

Could me being sad or depressed hurt her? I've got some intensely personal things going on in my life, and I've been feeling near-suicidal for the past week. Could that have broken her? She does always seem to disappear when I'm sad, just the last time she didn't return... But I would have thought that now I'm happy again she would have came back, but she hasn't...

hmm... how long has she been gone? have you tried venting? vet art, writing, etc.

and what does she look like? Because I saw a variety. I'm going back today before we leave for the Kon. and I don't care WHAT Iaron says, I'm not leaving until I see/discover what these shadowed things REALLY are and their cause.

I want to discover my inner animal and be able to visit them and stuff,but i cant meditate Iv ebeen trying for a while but i just CANT, also if i do i keep imagining an animal myself and imagine them talking. I really want an inner animal
