Well, there's 8 kids 1963, and they all play baseball at a sandlot, and this new kid moves at the end of the school year. They need a 9th man, but he knows nothing about baseball. Well, on the other side of the sandlot's fence is this HUMUNGOUS dog that is said to eat anything and everything. Then, they lose their ball and can't afford a new one, so the new kid takes his stepdad's signed Babe Ruth ball, and that goes over the fence. They work really hard to get it back, and, then they finally get it and go to talk to the man at the house, and I'm not gonna say much more. XDDD
