Have the reason I never have a decent signature is because I get it all cute in the preview,
then after I submit it, it looks trashy and awkward. :c

Pretty much this, plus the fact that I feel bad for accepting these gifts no matter what. :c
I've basically let every single gift I've received in the past few weeks rot because of this, and I've stated very clearly in my trade rules that I'm not accepting gifts anymore. I just can't feel happy taking pets from other people, even if they did offer them without me heckling them or whatever. D:

Just got back from psych hospital, getting used to new depression medication, recovering from years of sexual abuse, assault, and abuse at home, studying my ass off for finals that I just might fail that will get me kicked out of my dream school and job that I finally achieved after 7 years of killing myself for, trying to prove to the military that I am fit for duty and won't be discharged, and dealing with grieving comrades as well as myself as we mourn the loss of a soldier, our friend, our leadership, and a great human being. Gawd, it has been a rough couple of months.

But you know what? I can't complain. It has made me a better person and like the death of a fellow soldier and friend has reminded me, don't take the small stuff too seriously. Make sure it doesn't take the raw pain of death to actually open your eyes and see.
