If you're talking about making your own adoptables or hosting your own adoptables website, you should have a look at this forum or MyAdopts.com.

If you are referring to breeding c.s pets or creating art for c.s, then I'm sad to say that both are impossible. C.s pets are collected like stamps- They aren't breedable. Tess has a selected team of artists, and will open applications when she needs more. She doesn't accept art for the site unless you are a registered artist.
