When poeple have a contest. And they colour on the white layer, you cna't copy and past their layer above your own, to make colouring easier, unless you erase around the entire thing they drew. Darn it drives me insane! People, Y U NO PUT STUFF IN NEW LAYERS. I don't have the patience to colur around their color in, and I like to do backgrunds...
