Cicero's voice used to make me just...ughhh. But now that I've completed all the Dark Brotherhood quests and killed the Emperor, I just...love him. His silly Jester attitude even though he's a trained assassin, I just...<3

Could someone explain to me in what way it seems like a great idea to
have band practice in your apartment at midnight, when you live in an
apartment building full of other people?

Why does this keep happening constantly? I moved here about three months
ago - and I had this same problem in the other building I lived in. And that was in
another city.

I assume these people aren't aware of the fact that they are rattling the
ceiling of a woman who soon is going to be knocking on their door.

And then she will remove their spinal cords and make friendship bracelets out of them.
