I don't care for the movies because the first one was pretty bad compared to the book, but Breaking Dawn actually wasn't that bad, considering the track record of the other movies =P.

Honestly, the Twilight series is good. Just so many people have convinced themselves it's bad because that's the popular thing to hate nowadays.

Actually, some people actually hate it, not because it's popular, because they think it's boring or it's just not in their tastes.
That's how I feel about it. It's been extremely boring to me so fair, and the fact that Stephanie had gotten her Cryptozoology wrong in her story really ticks me off as well. She followed the same rumor/stereotype about werewolves as well.

Though, I do want to see Breading Dawn, just to give it a try.
If someone says they haven't seen it yet they bash it they really have no room to talk.
That's why I've seen about every movie [Except BD, which I'll be seeing soon] so I'll actually have room to talk.

Actually, quite a few people dislike the series for legitimate reasons. Repetitive and overwhelming descriptions of Edward's perfection, Bella's insufferable personality (an opinion), and that the entire and plot is basically pointing towards the importance of having a boyfriend.
I have no problem with people that like Twilight, I just find it annoying that when I say I dislike it, people assume I have no reasoning behind it and I'm just going with the crowd. ono

And the movies...don't even get me started. Although my biggest complaint is simply terrible acting that ruins me being able to even look at the screen.
