Better as a role play or story?

[Complicated game]

So I've had a plot stuck in my head for a while. I want to do either a rp or story with it but can't decided. I would love to make it a huge rp, one everyone knows about. Something really huge. Now it may not happen, but a gal can dream. So it's a wolf role play. A pack far north that is called the Northern lights pack. instead of stuff like markings, they keep stones. Unlike normal wolves with powers rps, they have more minor powers. They feel ranks and names and can scry. (It's like looking to cristal balls.) it would be like Warrior cats with wolves almost. The alpha would be more like both that and medicine wolf. Perhaps a minor medicine wolf. They speak to Moonpack (Their ancestors.) and gain wisdom and strength on the night of the arora borealis. When a wolf turns a year old they are sent to a cave to speak and walk with Moonpack wolves and find their stone. Said stone reveals what their future holds. If a wolf fails to find a stone they get lessons from the Beta until they either find a stone or leave. If a dead wolf gives their stone to a living one, it's a blessing. If the wolf betrays the pack, they turn into a sort of zombie. In this state they are called a Deamon. (Like demon but with more of an Ay sound.) on the night of the northern lights, the dying pass on. If a Alpha is among them without a Beta, they choose that night. They are then confirmed by the great wolf. The companion of huntyawa. The creator. This is based off of Nez pirce religion. If the wolf is turned away, they turn to dust and he chooses the new leader. If they are chosen, they lead the pack. So please tell me what you think!

Story. It'd be a bit hard to manage, and most of the wolf rps on here are one-liners and they always seem to make the most important thing mates even if it's about survival.
