It's Japanese but it's in romanization which makes it harder to translate.
Each word usually has two or more meanings depending on the kanji used which is lost if you romanize it. You could also tell what word it is by the pitch accent. Again, lost in the written word.
For example:
Hashi can mean bridge or chopsticks

I can tell you what a couple words mean but I'm not sure which are borrowed (supposed to be English) and which are supposed to be actual words. Romanized is just so much harder to read. ~_~
