It kind of makes me feel as though I shouldn't take the person speaking seriously or as though they think that they're better than others and should get to speak in a different way. Obviously, there are people who do it and don't think that, but it'd how it makes me feel that they think(I dunno if that last bit made any sense...). I also find it hard to associate the person talking with the views expressed. It makes me think that they're just stating what someone else tihnks instead of what they think theirself.
But as long as they keep things clear and easy to read then I don't mind it too much. And if someone was finding it hard to understand and asked for the person to speak in 1st person to make things easier to understand, I think they should, at least just until the person they are talking to understands what they are trying to say.
