So... I decided to make this topic!
Anyway... Lets get into it!

I have posted on two other topics but haven't gotten any responses I can use! So heres my situation!
There's this guy I like and I'm about 73% sure he likes me back, although he could be just the very nice type of person. He's my brothers friend so we don't hang out a whole lot. I have no friends I feel comfortable asking to tell him I like him or ask him if he likes me, and I am way too shy to tell him myself. And I've liked him for about 4 years! What do I do?
Also, I'd like to be able to give out advice. I like helping people.
