Help!!!

You have 1 private message currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available.

What do I do??

I get the message that I have new messages but there is nothing there!
Your inbox is full. Delete some messages then press the button here that says "Release all on hold messages."

To answer your question, it means your inbox is full. Make room for new messages and then click "release all on-hold messages". You will then be able to view all on-hold messages.
