Where do I post this?

Hello,

I am currently trying to find some help with making my species more popular. (the stamp in my signature will take you to their page if you are interested.)

Really, I just need to find a good artist willing to help or maybe someone who isn't afraid to talk to people, I can talk to people... Just those above me make me feel intimidated.
I am unable to pay for the help because of the lack of rare CS pets I have and the ones I do have I want to keep for they were hard earned/won/bought from the CS Store.

So, I'm not sure where I should post it. I know most of my drawings go ignored in Oekaki and I should post there looking for help, while posting in the wrong forum can get me in trouble or maybe cause my post to go unseen. ~ Even though I know I will be able to bump them up.. I doubt anyone would post.. Willing to help and all.. /end of negativeness
But on a more positive note, I want to know the correct forum to post in so that I will not cause trouble for the moderates.
