on the 8th of November, 1965, the 173rd air born bagrade, on operation hump, war zone 3 in Veitnam, were ambushed by over 12000 BC. 48 american soliders lost their lives. Lawrnce Jole, a medic, was the first living black man since the Spanish American war to receive the United States medal of honor for saving so many lives that day. Niles Harris, retired 25 years US army, was one of the wounded who live.
