Photo Editing Software

I'm starting to look around for Photo Editing Software. I wanted to get some personal opinions on what everyone uses and how they like their programs before I buy one.

Well, some photo editing software I like is: PhotoScape, Photofiltre, and Photoshop. These are what I used anyway, I hope this helps.
