Okay, I have some advice for you!

First of all, you need to become friends with him. Just act friendly! Talk to him about anything, his likes, your likes, your interests...just have a conversation. (If you're already friends with him, just don't worry and skip this. ^^)

Okay, now that you're friends with him, start doing subtle things to attract his attention. Push your hair behind your ear, tilt your head, smile at him. Say nice things about him! Smile a lot, and laugh. Guys love it when you laugh at them, trust me!

When you've talked for a while, find a quiet, private place where you can talk. Do not tell him that you like him over email or text messages! It's really impersonal, and he would probably ignore it. You could call him if you're too embarrassed to tell him in person, though.

Say something like this: "Hey, (guy's name here) what's up? Can I talk to you?"

When you're alone, start like this. "I have something to tell you." When he nods, or says OK, keep going, "I really like you. More than friends. Would you like to get together sometime?" Smile, don't be shy, when you tell him!

If you're too shy to do this, maybe wait a little while before you tell him. It could be too early for you. And if he doesn't feel the same way, don't worry! There are other guys, and I'm sure you're a wonderful girl!
