Here, go to the page you want to link to. At the top, where you type in the address (for example: google.com, chickensmoothie.com, etc.), copy that whole line. Then on ChickenSmoothie when you go to make a post, you have to use URL tags. The tags look like this:

However, you need to add an equal sign after the first "url", so it looks like "url=", it pretty much means "this is the url". Then you put the words you want to link to between the ] and [, so it should look like:

[url=URL]WORDS[/url]
If that doesn't help, you can quote one of the posts above and see how they linked theirs and just insert your own URL and your own words. ^^
