Have you ever broken your toe?

I found out this morning that my toe was broken.....but the fracture was in a very odd place. Anybody ever had a broken toe before? Share your story!

For me, it happened for no reason.....

I have :p I fell down one of those huge inflatable bouncy slides at a birthday party. Was pretty painful, but luckily I didn't end up on crutches.

(Little interesting fact: You break your toes 40 times a year on average, but don't feel most of them because the breaks are so small)

Yea I have. I just had liposuction on my leg because I have a genetic disorder. And let me tell you, it hurts wayyy moreee than breaking my toe

My brother once had a possible broken toe from sparring in taekwondo. Only thing is he broke it by catching it on one of the mats, not kicking/getting kicked.. Broken toes sound very painful >.>

i havent broke one but my friend did and then he sent me a pic of it to my phone.it was disgustingly cool it was purple and at a weird angle.

Three times.

1. I dropped a toaster oven on my second smallest toe.

2. I kicked the wall, and broke my big toe.

3. I was in an accident and broke my big toe again.

I have. I was in 7th grade, and we were playing dodgeball during free time. I had taken my shoes off, and I was running to grab one of the dodgeballs, and somebody tripped me. I fell, and then this one guy stepped on my foot and broke my middle three toes. I could hardly walk after that... but they're better now.. they just look a little deformed.

I stubbed my big toe on a step when I was younger and now its pushed back about a centimeter I was limping for a couple weeks after but I never went to the doctor so it healed on its own and is still like that

I dropped a rather heavy piece of plywood on the big toe on my right foot when I was eight. I only remember a lot of pain, hardly being able to walk, and the said toe turning a lovely shade of purple.

My mom, on the other hand, broke the same toe (the little toe, I forget on which foot) four times in two years. Once on the antique apple press in our kitchen, once on the woodbox in the basement, and twice at various outside locales. She had to learn to not walk around barefoot some way, I guess. XD
