Consistant headache. I just want to do my job, now.
I asked for help, I got help, and now I am getting help forced upon me. Let me apply the coping skills I learned and have an occasional set back. I am not supposed to be perfect like you want, which is what got me into trouble in the first place. I want to be in control of this and not your little pet project to help you get promoted. I am fine. I am not suicidal. I slipped up and hurt myself once but applied the proper coping skills to fix the situation. I am doing fine. Stop treating me like I don't have a brain in my head and am an uncontrollable mess. Maybe I was before, but now is time to step back.

I tried to stay up all night watching Doctor Who but I was busted at 3 am...right before the end of the episode about the gas mask kid. I couldn't sleep at all because of my sore throat (And insomnia) so I just lay there in the dark with no light at all jumping every time the cat made a sound upstairs because I kept thinking about...
