This is not good, not good at all. Even if I'm healthiest like this, it's not at all good for school or getting out of the house or anything. I want to change it, but... At the same time, I know I can't, at least not permanently. I'm a nocturnal person, and I can't change that any easier than a diurnal person could. I've tried, so many times, and have never succeeded past a week. Most of the time not even a day. And that was when I was healthy, or as much so as I can be.
I hate that I feel so much better when sleeping naturally; I think it would be a lot easier to change if I didn't. |D; Aaaah. How do I do this?
