Where would I make a charrie thread??

I want to make a thread for my fursonas and charries. I have seen alot of these and was wonering, where do I make one?? General Discussion?? Thanks so much for your help

Yea, I was confused because i've seen alot of them but don't know what forum to post mine in .....

And, while we're at it, how do you post a link that just says like "click here" or "x"??
