Role Play Rant Thread Redux

Gr, I'm on three role plays and there is never anything to post about! Two of them died and one the last one my friend made me be a kit which is reallllyyyy boring and no one will really interact with my cat unless he goes and tries to escape. xD AND since I am so tired of semi-lit one-liner adventure-syrupy-romance rps. I want to make my own based off my favorite books series (Percy Jackson!!) but am afraid that my intimidating rules will scare everyone off/make them mad because of my "restrictive" (in quotations because I personally don't think they are restrictive, only common sense) romance rules. It sits mockingly in my saved drafts section, taunting me. >.<

I would probably be interested in this. :O
I'm not usually one to be the center of romance, normally, I don't role-play it at all, and if I do it's very mild and slow paced. n_n

Whenver I want to roleplay, something always gets in the way. Whenever I want to do something else, roleplay always gets in the way. e.e I need better time management skills...

If a character has not shown a certain attribute, like they're loud DO NOT SAY THAT THEY'RE LOUD. Do not say that they're noisy or anything similar to that. You are basically god modding my character's personality and I don't like that. No where does it say in their profile that they boss people around or anything like that, so why would you write it? If your character wants to say something negative about my character, actually have it be a canon fault, I've supplied you with plenty.
I now have to go read my posts over several time to see where you got this idea, because it is completely out of ooc for my character.

I hate,absolutly hate,how I had so much muse earlier today but then I had to get sick. It happens a lot and then I feel too dizzy to look at a computer screen and type out a response yet I then realize I'm in too many Semi-Literate roleplays to be able to reply to them without having my head explode from all the pixels and/or getting too dizzy to keep anything up. Then when it does pass I have lost all my muse from trying to focus on keeping myself sane. o_o

I'll start roleplaying... and then I'll get bored and try desperately to escape and/or have no more time to devote to them (I tend to join the roleplay just to create a new character anyways)... thus I should stick to writing stories as a pose to creating a story with other people. I'm too self-centered to properly roleplay and I devote too much time to each of my posts to properly roleplay. A real dilemma for me in terms of battling my urge to join the more exciting-sounding ones DX
