I saw that too. I was like, wait, what?

I feel like it would be easier to be male. There are obvious biological things, for starters. Men don't get periods. They don't get these horrible things we call boobs. No period means no menopause. If they want a biological child, they don't have to cart it around for nine months. They're naturally more athletic due to testosterone so keeping weight down is slightly easier for them. Then there's the social aspects. I feel like men are under less pressure to look good. They don't have to shave their legs or pits or upper lips; in fact, it's considered wierd if guys DO shave their legs/pits. There are fewer rules for dressing. Education-wise, I feel like girls are expected to do better, but then their career choices are restricted. Women weren't allowed on military submarines up until just recently, and I don't think there are more than a handful of women on crab boats. There are way more male CEOs, doctors, and lawyers. Some of this is personal choice, but sometimes it's due to sexism. Women are more likely to be the victims of crimes like muggings because they're smaller.
