I have a few that come pretty close-

I sliced my leg open, almost to the bone, after running along the edge of my grandparent's (under construction) deck and fell. I got a good lecture and scar after that..

I once picked up a bowl and knocked myself real good in the head with it. I somehow misjudged the weight of it.

I forgot how to pronounce Abraham Lincoln's name while reading out loud in class.. xP

Okay i was walking off the bus to go to school, and i tripped over a rock and caught myself, but i thought i saw something when i tripped, so i ran all the way back, and ran again, so i could trip again, and this time, i landed flat on my face and i couldnt see anything, i thought i was blind *smacks head* no lying XD

I was thirsty and I went down to a vending machine to get a bottle of water, it fell out the slot, I picked it up and opened it and then realized I was already carrying a full bottle of water in my other hand. When I put the money in, the dollar was stuck in my wallet, so I even put the bottle of water I was already carrying in my other hand to get it out. My uncle was suffocating from laughter.
(I've done many other stupid things, but I can't remember them all.)
