Annoyance: Ok, I asked for a semi-lit roleplay and got an offer but the person hasn't finished fulling in their character forms and isn't replying to the rp even with me bumping it when ever they come on -___- I think they don't want to role play with me for some reason. But if they don't why did they bother offering?
