What's up with everyone going around yelling "I'M A GIRL GAMER AND PROUD!"

It's gotten to where there's an even amount of girl and guy gamers, does it even matter?

Besides, someone not playing any sort of PC or video game is very rare. I mean, even my mother plays PC games on a daily basis.

I agree. But, what I find annoying is you're only considered a 'girl gamer' if you have played Assassin's Creed or Halo because those are 'boy gamer games'. It ticks me off. Any girl who plays a game worth mentioning is a girl gamer. At least, thats what I think. -Is ticked off-

Yeah exactly. Why do you have to run around killing virtual people to be considered a 'girl gamer'? There were these posters up at my school about stereotypes and bullying. One of them said "that's so gamer guy that has more video games than friends". That's actually me, except I'm a girl lol. My dad and myself bought me so mny games for the various consoles i have/had that I DO have more games than friends. None of those multiple games are Halo or Assassins Creed, but I could still be considered a gamer girl.

Subconscious, what is wrong with you? Why have my last two dreams been about dating? I do not care about this subject. Last night I apparently went out with random subconscious guy, whom is really not the type of guy I would go out with. The night before I was at a dance with said guy from earlier posts. Why, subconscious, were we at a dance, wearing fancy clothes, and dancing? Why were we with another couple who's identity I do not remember. And why, subconscious, did both guys kiss both girls in some fancy sort of way. This dance thing is a sort of event that neither me nor said guy would actually enjoy. Just exactly what are trying to do to me subconscious? And although said guy did kinda look cute in a tux, I want my funny, random as hell dreams back!

I'm a little annoyed that a lot of users on CS seem to think that if you're not perfect you're not worthy of being alive. O_o Sometimes I look at previousley locked thread on the suggestions forum, generally cause I'm bored and sometimes I find funny things there. xD

Anyway, I found one topic about someone thinking it was alright to tell THE STAFF what was right and what was wrong on CS. O.O I wouldn't DARE! They had a full-blown argument with Sorren Fey, who is probably the scariest Mod here! D_D They had some guts I'll give 'em that.

But they complained about someone writing in ALL CAPS. So what? Not everyone is going to speak with perfect grammar, you can't tell them they type like an idiot n00b because of that. ono Their argument was pointless. It just irritated me that they wouldn't step down, they wouldn't take no for an answer and they wouldn't respect Tess and Sorren Fey, or anyone else posting there.

And also that horrific hate campaign against Equimagine's Dragondog PPS ticked me off, too. That was horrific. It annoys me that people think going 'LOL IT SUCKS' is constructive critisism.

It's a shame the mods can't warn people just for being stupid. D_D
