I'm amazed we haven't had any questions in a long time. Most people I talk to are really curious as to what Mormons are about. Everyone is probably too shy to ask questions.

I heard a lot of rumors about what we do in temples...one of them being we take our kids in there then eat them...thats why we always have so many. xD

Haha! Yes everyone, we build huge white buildings that cost our church millions of dollars and then we eat our children there. ROFL!

Well, I wonder if its the way we laugh...My great aunt always said "Laugh Crazy enough and they'll leave you alone". xD

A couple of my friends are Mormon, and they're pretty awesome. The only thing I really notice about their religion is that they talk about it a lot because it is such a large part of their lives. I remember when we had to go to a meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday once, one of my Mormon friends showed up dressed in fancy clothes because they'd just gotten out of church. Ouch.

Any who, questions:

The local Mormon church also gave a couple of our teachers Crystal Apple awards recently. Do you know anything about those?

My friends also mention talking to 'missionaries' a lot. I remember feeling confused when I heard that. Why would they need missionaries? Don't those guys go off to far away places and convert people?

I ought to be asking my real-life friends these questions, but they don't really like discussing these things with non-Mormons. Which makes sense, because some people are really rude to them about their religion. A lot of people at our school think it's okay to make fun of Mormons, for some bizarre reason.

Any other crazy things you guys have heard?

I haven't really heard many, but it's mainly because I live in mormon central. (You all know where that is) However, when we went to Cancun, Mexico on vacation, people kept trying to sell my dad Cuban Cigars, and then they kept trying to spike my drinks. Everytime my dad turned them down, or I refused to have the drink, they were always like Wha?, why you don't want the good stuff? They thought we were pretty crazy. One guy heard we were mormon, and he gave us so much crap. XD

Yeah, but its also a spiritual expiriance. I'm only twelve and I can't remember half of what I was taught about missionaries. xDD
