Role Play Rant Thread V.2

Ima gonna bump my rp i have lots of ideas for it yet noone wants to join it?! Just because it isnt a romance roleplay?! Gasp no such thing.

I have that same problem. I don't ever really make role plays that have a lot of romance in it, and no one really joins. I decided to see if more people would join an RP with romance in it.

Got around two times the amount of people in the romantic one compared to the non-romantic one. .n.

Bahaha! Don't you hate that? I am trying to kneel and pray during mass and all that is running through my head is the details of Todd's next bloody torture once I get back. It is horrible. xD

If I have Todd start off causing a scene in the Horizon I wonder if people will refuse to interact with him in the future? Hmmm.

Or trying to listen to the priest's surmon, trying not to laugh, thinking of a certain OOC thread...and getting dirty looks from the people around me >.<

How I don't know what semi-lit is anymore. I can write two+ paragraphs- which I thought to be semi-lit, but some peoples semi-lit is being able to write two sentences with correct grammar and punctuation. >.<

Found a name for it - check.
Typed up rules - check.
Created a character - check.
Got an idea for how to start - check.
Actually post it - uhm...

I am so darned pessimistic sometimes. ><
All these great roleplays die left and right of me and here I am, thinking 'How exactly is mine different? Why should it work?' and therefore freaking out instead of just posting it.

YES.
Most of the roleplays that have 'semi-lit' in their titles are... well, rather un-semi-lit and it annoys me because every time I want to join something, I get fooled by those titles.
And of course, it confuses me to no extent, because if two sentences with correct grammar and punctuation are semi-lit now, does this make me literate?
I doubt it. But what can I consider myself then? Somewhere-between-not-so-semi-lit-and-literate?
