It's even worse when used for horses.

Does that even make sense??Maw=mouth Cranium=head... How would water drip from your mouth onto your head?
Um... tilting the nose upwards would make the water drip from the mouth to the head? Sort of... ok, doesn't really work.
I'd always thought maw was only used for predatory/carnivorous animals... when I think of maw, I think of sharp teeth lining the mouth... or guts... >_<
