I use it with a pixel brush (pencil > round/hard pixelated ) and it recreates a flipnote art style. I grew up with flipnote, so it's a major reason why I use the program here!
I haven't yet used the textures/screentones but am thinking about messing with them the next time I draw on oekaki. I also like to use the pixel brush as well as I like how it looks. I have messed around with the watercolor brush but it is not my thing. Guess my nonexistent skill to paint anything traditionally still carries over digitally :')
If anyone else uses other art programs do you also tend to use the commands of whatever program on oekaki only to find they don't work on here? I just think it is kinda funny for some reason as I would go from using clip studio to doodling on oekaki only to try using like for example the different commands for the select tool only for not to do anything.
