What colour is YOUR hair?

Just got it dyed c:
Since my hair was originally black it appears
as black without any lighting, but it comes off as red/brown
under the sun. ^^

I used to have my hair down to my waist and a solid, bronzey coloured with natural gold highlights. I kinda had this funky strawberry-blonde streak that used to be magenta, but it faded out after a few months.
Now I have fairly short hair, but it just brushes my shoulders, and it's my brunette coloured with blonde and ash-brown highlights uvu
I want to grow it out again and get a dark violet colour ;;

My hair is naturally red. More auburn than orange. Also curly/wavey. :>

Right now it's dark brown but a little bit of the red I had before is showing through so it looks really neat!
Naturally its a chocolate brown.

I have brown hair that sort of has highlights, but really it's just because it's so thick so the layer on top is lighter and the bottom layer is darker. When they're spread out, it gives the appearance of highlights.
