How much do you usually sleep?

I usually sleep 6-3 hours for full energy, but I didn’t get any sleep this weekend but I’m halfway energized

I get on average 3-5 hours of sleep when DH has to go to work. Sometimes I'll sleep past my alarm and get an extra hour or two, but that makes me feel less rested somehow. I'm super hard to get up, but the morning rush panic usually gets me going lol.

Sort of wish I wasn't my DH's alarm clock and that I wasn't so much of a worry wart that I have to stay up past midnight every night to make sure he gets to work safely. Then I might stay up another hour or two because my mind is just too active at that point. I'd love to fall asleep around 9:30 and wake up early enough to eat breakfast and read a book/play a game like I used to. This 2AM-5AM (given 7AM as panic time lol) schedule is draining me.

My sleep schedule is so inconsistent lately. I either sleep 1 hour or 15 hours straight. There's no healthy balance going on here.

On school nights? Anywhere from 3-5 hours, basically. On the weekends, I get super caught up with sleep and actually end up sleeping in till like... noon? Eheheh. XD

i'm a terrible sleeper, i haven't been sleeping till 4-5 am when i have to get up at 7 for school and i've been struggling to get up recently. but, if you give me the chance, i'll likely sleep in till 11am.

I try to go to sleep early, but it never works out.
Most nights, I get insomnia and stay up past midnight. This means I get anywhere from 2-7 hours.
I think my average is 5; most of the time I crash around 1:30 or 2.
