I have no problem with you if you have an actual fear of getting a shot, but my friend, who is in 7th grade, fainted when she was going to get blood drawn and freaking acted like a scared 6 year old by crying when she was supposed to get one.
I've gotten so many frikken shots that I've no problen with them. Bring it on.
To be honest, I more worried about a gunshot >>
I have a phobia if shots. When I was four, I went to the hospital for kawasakis disease. I had an IV in me for a week, and it totally freaked me out, and I haven't been able to face any kind of needle since. My ears aren't peirced, I can't help my friends with earrings if theyrehaving trouble, etc. I'm in high school and my mom still has to strap me down at the doctors. It's embarrassing, but if she doesn't force me into the chair, I won't end up getting the shot.
I know this sounds odd, but I seriously live in constant fear of a gunman. Every time I open a door, turn a corner, or am just sitting at home, I always look around me. I can't help it, and I know it's dumb, but I cannot get over this fear I've had since I was six.
