It annoys me when people freak out about getting a shot. It's one second of a pinching feeling, so what the heck is so scary?

I have no problem with you if you have an actual fear of getting a shot, but my friend, who is in 7th grade, fainted when she was going to get blood drawn and freaking acted like a scared 6 year old by crying when she was supposed to get one.

I've gotten so many frikken shots that I've no problen with them. Bring it on.

I'm nervous to get a disease or get shot (from a gun)... I actually like getting shots. IT's fun.

I have a friend who is literally terrified of them (?-phobia), and she runs for it when she sees needles... I don't like them either. I don't know what it is, but I'm really sensitive because it seriously does hurt me...

Also, I've fainted a lot. I have hemophobia (blood)...

I'm terrified of needles, is my reason. I had a really bad experience with an IV when I had an asthma attack. I was in a lot of pain, and I still have a scar from it. Ever since then, I've been terrified of needles, and thus, blood tests and shots.

And, really, everyone's afraid of something. Some people don't like needles, some don't like snakes, some don't like yelling. Everyone's different. And I'm sure your friend had a reason for her freak out, like I do.

If you have areason or the actual phobia I understand. I've been getting shots since I was a tiny person, because I always needed MRI's and stuff.

I seriously hate underwater tunnels though. Ugh.

The fact that today because of snow we had early dismissal, meaning we got out early but got picked up at the same time so we got to spend 5 minutes in the freezing cold.

I have a phobia of my blood being taken out or having things be injected into my blood. owo
It sounds weird, but I have no problem being stabbed with a needle, it's the fact that something's being put in my blood that absolutely makes me freak out. Either that or the fact that my blood's being taken out.
And the really strange thing is that I don't freak out if I fall and get a cut and start loosing blood, it's just when my blood's being taken away from me. -Shivers- I hate the thought of those things, that's why I freak out over needles, I've been like that since I was little.

I just hate shots. They freak me out to no end. For no real reason. T_T Actually, I just hate the thought of anything small and sharp going deep into my skin. ;o; Like, the thought of getting cut with a paring knife is equal to shots. I dunno. It's weird, but a lot of people are scared of things like that, and there's no reason to criticize them for it. It's probably just a natural thing some people have, like loving babies.
