thanks yall. I'm probably just going to avoid talking about/having anything and everything furry/non-realistic at co-op(school). If they still dont like me even as a normal person then they can go have their issues in a corner or something :3

i dont have ANY furry friends IRL so i'm kinda the odd one
the first time i ever saw another furry IRL was at oklacon. i walked into the dealers den and just stood there with my mouth open till i realized what i was doing. imagine, you have never seen another fur in your life then all of a sudden there is like 50sum peeps wearing tails and suits DDDDDD

I personally, don't have any furry friends, but my Bestie has anthro-ish characters which interact with mine and we have a whole story-verse and everything fff<3

I'm at the point in my life where I know very few people who aren't furry, or at least super fur-friendly. It's almost surreal how many people that I'm meeting from my high school years after I've graduated that are furry now, too.

Being out on you own and/or in college really helps with finding others in your area. Or, if you've got an active group in your state, they might even have a website you could check (google is good for that).

Edit (To make this less spamish)** I'm still working on my paws and got to thinking that they're not long enough (they go about half way down my arm and I want them to be at least to my elbow) and my mom says that if I try to add more black fur it'll look weird and you'll be able to see where I had sewn on more so what I'm gonna do is add white fur, like kinda put it a little inside the black fur so you can't see the thread line. Hope it works! And if that doesn't sound like a good plan can someone give me some tips on how to mix fur colors?

Well, I decided to go with duck-tape. =D
Here I am with my left side taped up for the pattern. - - - > fa link

And you can see the tape cut outs too. Which is all the left side. I shall be cutting out the fur tomorrow after school and be sewing all weekend long. Hopefully I'll get the ears, horns and tail done too and be looking like an adorable faun of the forest by Halloween. 8D

You don't. xD You rely on the digigrade (sp?) leg effect to do that.
