I have my dogs old puppy collar :3 It's red.
I ajusted it and it fits loosely and it's perfect. My parents wont let me wear it in public though because "It's not normal" Yet, they are letting me dye my hair blue (My fursona's color blue)

I' get down low and stalk around not enough for anyone to really notice but I know I'm doing it

I usually do it when playing tag with my dog though. (He knows how to play tag!) I also do it to sneak on my sister. I use the heel-side-toe army walk to stay unheard. x3

Actually, I've got my puppy's old collar and I like to wear it on occassion. X3 It's yellow with little yellow balls on it. It's really cute. ^^
