My dad doesn't want me at anthrocon. He said that there are certain places where there is an increased risk of weird people that do bad things. And of course I know exactly what he's talking about, but he won't listen to me. He keeps saying 'Paige, I know not all people do that, but there is an increased risk. And I think it's an unnecessary risk for my daughter to take.. Blah blah blah...' D:< He's such a big meany jerkface sometimes!

I kinda don't think you guys should go without parental supervision. That kind of crazy stuff does happen, even if you're not into it. Besides, you could always host your own local furmeets, go see movies, dinner, etc. with people who live around you. Much safer imo.
