I am a vampire for a party this year. Long beautiful cape, pretty black cosplay dress, red eyes, real looking vampire canines, black sider web net leggings, and these pretty black heels I have

i'm not really going anywhere, but i love halloween so i'm dressing up anyway.
i didn't want to spend any money on my costume though, so everything is kind of thrown together. x)
pink cashmere sweater from the back of my closet + grey slacks, painted on mustache, a clapboard i made out of cardboard painted to look like it's from the set of 'glen or glenda?', masculine contouring of my face plus a bit of eyeliner/mascara, and a director's megaphone, ta da! Ed Wood. I'll probably marathon dracula/ed wood/plan 9/etc for good measure. too bad none of my friends are as geeky about films as me, and probably won't get it, lmao.

I wanted to be a skeleton, but I never had the chance this month to go shopping or anything like that :c
So now my plan is to go as a witch, or as a cat. Simple but cute!

Uggh I HATE how every single costume for teenage girls is skirts that barley cover you and a top that all so barely covers you and if you want anything other than a skimpy costume your weird. >,<

Sewing's not that hard you could probably teach yourself thats what I did! ^.^

because that is "the only thing sold"
and sometimes sewing is hard. like if you are with poor spacial reasoning and clumsy.
I once had a callus on my pinkie finger and I was sewing by hand, and sewed the callus to the fabric, I wonderd what the tention was and then I saw I sewn my self. the callus was so tough, I felt nothing.
