i personally have insomnia for loads of weeks now.
idek whats going on with me but oh well
you know - i want to sleep, i have loads of ways to fall asleep anytime and it just wont let me.

Sad to hear this! :( I had and still have sometimes this problem and it's really awful, especially if the insomnia takes a long time... :cry:
In general I'm a night owl and it's ok for me going to sleep really late and then waking up late too :lol: I usually sleep rather good but sometimes I have these "insomnia periods" anf they're very exhausting... I tried to overcome them many times and I noticed that in my case several reasons create this state :geek: Drinking too much coffee till the day, the lack of relaxation and eating (especially too much) right before sleeping, they're the main reasons of my problem :silent: Also the uncomfortable bed can be really a problem sometimes (in my case this was too), I'm not a fan of brand things like in this list but a good place for sleeping protects from insomnia too :)
I also hate when someone is disrespectful for my time for sleeping :silent:

honestly ever since i graduated i haven't fallen asleep before three more than a handful of times. my schedule's probably like fall asleep at six, wake up at nine because of my alarm and then fall back asleep until twelve. my ma hates it.

➳ I'm usually on CS for until 11, then i try to read for a little bit before i go to sleep. some nights i stay up till midnight, and if i still cant sleep then, i usually take melatonin (very helpful). I usually cant sleep the most when I'm at my dads, as i get major anxiety there and well... i have a beagle there xD

I normally go to sleep at around 11 but lately I haven't been able to sleep until 1-4 am i used to fall asleep super fast but since I haven't been able to sleep sometimes it makes me panic that I won't get enough sleep. I feel very tired but I can't seem to sleep when I try. The main problem is that I can't sleep and I start getting worried I won't get any sleep and as it gets later and later I start building up more fear that I wont. I'm glad I saw this thread :)

So I wake up at like 10am and go to bed at around Midnight, but Im staring to see creepy things at night which I can not get any sleep out of.

      my sleep schedule is so out of whack. I've been staying up a couple of nights because of role playing. and last night I accidently pulled an all nighter and slept during the day. and today I pulled one again. xc help, I might try to stay awake during the day to fix it! ;o;

When I try to go to bed somewhat early my legs get really tired and they kinda hurt and I won't be able to fall asleep idk if this is normal but because of that I havent gone to bed before 12:00 this summer yayayayay (hint sarcasm there)
