So all my apartment mates left me this weekend with it being Easter and all. To prevent myself from getting too freaked out and spending two nights here all alone, I'm rewatching Hank Green playing LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4. I can never be sad while watching these xD

I know this was a while ago, but Deathly Hallows should have beat Hugo and gotten that award. Hugo creeped me out, a lot.

On-topic: Did anyone notice in the {Movie or book? I think movie.} Hermione repairs Harry's glasses? InN Diagon Alley? Doesn't that count as out of school?

Yes, it probably would but the way the Trace works, it wouldn't count. The Trace merely detects magical activity, it doesn't say who did it (which is why Harry got blamed for the Hover Charm Dobby did in Chamber of Secrets). In a place where there's already a lot of magical activity, such as Diagon Alley, where there's underage wizards running all about the place, it would be incredibly difficult for the Ministry to single out the one bit of magic. They usually leave it up to the parents to enforce that rule in places like that, and in all-Wizard families.
